We have designed ‘Why Willows Weep: Contemporary Tales from the Woods’, a collection of contemporary fables about trees written by well-known authors, published by Indie Books for The Woodland Trust, available to buy here. A modern take on a traditional form called for vibrant typography to mark the story titles, mixed with bright and bold illustrations, whilst keeping the main text quiet and readable.
