We designed a family of identities for Widening Participation projects at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design, and then applied them to printed posters and flyers, .

The aim of Widening Participation is to encourage and support young people from working class backgrounds who have no family history of higher education to apply and successfully progress to University.

Bernie from CSM briefed us to design something that was inviting, creative and experimental-looking to promote studying for an art or design degree to an audience who would be the first in their family to go to University.

Our design combined an optimistic colour palette, simple type and image combinations and an experimental print process to achieve that end.
